FAQs
We allow our Messianic family (every customer) a 100% return 30 days to return any of our current product offerings as long as this item was purchased online.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED AT A POP-UP EVENT?
Returns are not permitted if items are purchased at any pop-up location or THE GALLERY events. ​

TEMPORARY RETURN EXTENSION
Please note that we annually extend our return policy to 45 days between November and January of the following year.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF RETURNS
As we do offer free shipping on initial purchases, Messianic Supply Co. will not cover any fees associated with the shipping and handling of all return requests. Shipping costs of returned items will be the customer's responsibility. Upon reception of said item, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer. ​

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?
Exchanges are welcome with online purchases, pop-up event purchases, in-store purchases at CITY GOODS in Ohio City (via email directly with Messianic Supply Co.), and at all THE GALLERY events. Items eligible for return must be unworn and in 100% new condition.
